How long does delivery take? The package should arrive within 4-6 business days.
Which carrier do you use? All orders ship via DHL with final delivery by USPS.
Do you ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes? No — US residential and business addresses only. No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses.
Do you ship on weekends? No — Monday through Friday only. Friday orders are picked up the following Monday.
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check anytime on our Order Tracking page. Tracking activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
My package is lost, stolen, or damaged — what do I do? For lost or stolen packages, contact your carrier directly. For damaged items, email info@rosara.shop within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I start a return? Submit your Return with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, a prepaid label will be sent to your email.
How much does return shipping cost? $4.99 flat fee deducted from your refund for mail returns — no upfront payment. We cover damaged or incorrect items. In-store returns are free.
What items cannot be returned? Final sale items, worn or washed items, items without original tags, items returned after 30 days, and gift cards.
Refunds
When will I get my refund? Within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return to your original payment method.
Will the $4.99 fee be deducted? Yes — for mail returns only. In-store returns receive a full refund with no deductions.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges? In-store only within 30 days. For online orders, return for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order? Only within 6 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Email info@rosara.shop immediately with your order number.
