Shipping policy
Every order is packed with care and sent out with one goal β getting your new pieces to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know before you place your order. This policy may be updated at any time, and any changes will always be reflected on this page.
Order Processing
We move fast. Orders are processed within 1β2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away. The moment it ships, your tracking details land in your inbox β so you always know exactly where your order is.
Please note the following processing exceptions:
- Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday β our warehouse is closed on weekends
- Orders placed with expedited shipping before 9:00Β PM MST will be processed and shipped the same day β anything after 9:00 PM MST ships the next business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting expedited shipping, as it may affect your expected delivery date
All orders are shipped via DHL with final delivery handled by USPS. Please note that weekend deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Details
Standard US Shipping
- Flat rate $8.50 for orders under $75.00
- Free shipping for orders over $75.01
- The package arrives within 4β6 business days.
Where We Ship
Rosara ships to US residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International addresses
Any order placed with a restricted or non-US address will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. Tracking typically activates within 24β48 hours of dispatch. You can also visit our Order Tracking page at any time to check your delivery status using your order number and email address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Rosara is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or contacting your local authorities.
If your package arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us atΒ info@rosara.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delays
Shipping times may be affected during public holidays and peak periods as carriers limit their operations during these times. While this is outside of our control, we will always do our best to keep you informed. Please note that we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges.
